Happy Halloween!

Mary Katherine and Annalee celebrated Halloween for a whole week! Mary Katherine wore her "western" wear to school on Wednesday, where she sported some great looking pink cowboy boots and a pink bandana (many thanks to Sara for lending us Mayson's boots and to Libby for the bandana-10 pm the night before!). She wore big girl jeans for the first time, which surprised us, as most mornings she says "no jeans" and bats them away! At school the kids rode on a hayride to a "pumpkin patch" on the church property and picked out mini pumpkins and sang songs. They also had sheep, goats, chickens and pigs from a local farm come visit. Mary Katherine loved the animals but did NOT want to go anywhere near them! Wednesday night was the fall festival at church-we took Mary Katherine and Annalee dressed in their ladybug costumes. On Saturday Mary Katherine went to Caroline's 1st bday party brunch in the morning and then classmate Katelyn's costume birthday party. In the late afternoon we all went to baby Fletcher's 1st birthday party (as the ladybugs again). And finally the day ended with Jay taking Mary Katherine trick or treating to a few houses in the neighborhood while Annalee and I passed out candy. Can we say sugar??? We all had so much fun spending time with all our good friends:) Good thing we had an extra hour to sleep before church Sunday morning:)
