Vacation Bible School

I am sooooo behind on posts (and they are out of order). Mary Katherine went to Vacastion Bible School at our church back in the beginning of June and LOVED it and I cannot say enough good things about the program. I worked as a volunteer so she could attend (you have to if your kids are under 4) and Leelee went to the nursery. The theme was Gospel Light's "SonQuest Rainforest". The whole church was decorated to a "T" with...we worked for days! The preschool kids participated in all the rotations (crafts, music, etc.) except for missions-where I was working with Lindsey. We have been listening to our bible school CD almost everyday since-MK loves all the songs and knows all the words and hand motions (thanks to Rachel for teaching her:) I wish I had a video to post of her singing. Here are some pics of us in the morning before we left-and also some pics of MK's black eye from falling and hitting it on the guest bed frame at my parents' house the day before VBS started. She still has a little scar! She cried a little bit, but she is one tough cookie!!!!
