Babies, Weddings & Daddy

We had such a fun and exciting weekend! Saturday I helped throw a shower at Angie's house for one of my best friends "Aunt" Liz who is due August 29th with Lucy Peg! The girls had a blast especially playing our "celebrity baby game." On Saturday we headed to the Carter Center (along with my parents and Max and Will) for a wedding of a good family friend of ours. It was one of the best weddings I have ever been to and it was great to see a bunch of old faces from LHS. After a very late night, we got up Sunday for church and then went out to lunch at Jay's favorite brunch spot, J. Christopher's. Then we went home and relaxed, visited with Will and Max, had my parents over for dinner and then went to the pool to practice some of MK's swimming techniques. She really did awesome and loved it and didn't fuss at all! I think she just dosen't like "lessons." She even flipped over and floated on her back and "jumped" to me (with some help from Grandma Cindy).
